To innovate their approach on what the city of 2050 would look like, a strategy was developed by the Dutch innovation team. The strategy focused on SDGs, data and adaptability instead of the traditional route. To get funding to further develop their strategy, the team needed to communicate effectively with many stakeholders, spread out over different continents, and get them on board. Outdare was tasked with creating a storyline that would achieve those goals.
By studying and understanding the full scope of the concept, as well as the different stakeholders, Outdare was able to write and design a pitch that was presented to many of the high-level decision makers within Arcadis.
